Created by Caty Latham, the Hermès Neige d’Antan (“Snow of Yesteryear”) silk scarf was first issued in 1989 (and later reissued in 2002).

Today, this design is highly sought after for its gentle theme, the delicacy of its illustration, and its delightfully nostalgic atmosphere.

The composition evokes winters of a bygone era: sleigh rides, ice skaters, snowy scenes, holly leaves, mistletoe, and delicate snowflakes.
